- All linen and towels are included in the rental
- If you rent the whole Barn building there will be a discount of at least 10% on the prices quoted above, depending on the number of guests

General Terms and Conditions (all cottages)
A £100 non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance of rent will be due two weeks before the arrival date.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages
- Please note there is an unprotected stream and pond in the garden
- Toilets and bathrooms in all 3 cottages are on the first floor accessed with a spiral staircase
